Installation Problem after Importing all modules

Folks, I have installed OpenCMS Distribution 6.2.3, deployed it into Tomcat, Done the setup thru Setup Wizard, imported all the given modules and finally it is saying that the setup wizard hasn't started properly. Problem publishing (grey flag), project_id doesn't exist...

Hello, When I create a new file it is added to the Offline project (project_id=4), the Online Project Id is 1, when I publish anything it goes to an inexistant project number like 2336. The file gets a grey flag and doesn't go online. Anyone has a clue? Best regards, Carola.
