biggrin   Re:

I did exactly as you (joachim) described and it worked inside Eclipse.

First I created a directory "opencms" inside the eclipse workbench thus creating a directory "c:\opt\workspace\opencms". Next, I did as described, created a project and synchronised a module I had previously designed inside the opencms workplace.

"system/modules/com.justbean.opencms.articles"

As if by magic the directory structure from opencms appeared below the opencms directory inside eclipse.

Now, all my jsp and xsd files appeared in a proper editor. I modified one of them, hit opencms synchronise and it appeared in the VFS.

I do still need to get the opencms taglib understood by the eclipse jsp editor but hopefully that is not too hard.

Nice when things work biggrin

confused   Re: Module-Development with an IDE like Netbeans.

thanks
but i could not do these steps
3.) Now create a new Project in Administration. Add the Path to your Module-Folder to the module-pathes.

4.) Change actual Project to yoew created. Click on the Button "Synchronization Management". Here you must add the Module-Folder Path too and after this you must add your Destination Path on your local Filesystem. For example something like:
....................

where to find that ?

Re: Module-Development with an IDE like Netbeans.

Did you ever figure that out Zaher? I'm having the same problems. They must have written this for 6.x OpenCms and not 7.x. It's nice when things work and time consuming when they don't. Oh well...

Re: Module-Development with an IDE like Netbeans.

Wie sieht es in der version 7.0.5 aus?

3.) Now create a new Project in Administration. Add the Path to your Module-Folder to the module-pathes.

Hier wurde bestimmt Add Resource: "/system/modules/MODULE_NAME" gemeint.

4.) Change actual Project to yoew created. Click on the Button "Synchronization Management". Here you must add the Module-Folder Path too and after this you must add your Destination Path on your local Filesystem. For example something like:

/home/myacc/projects/opencms/src/

--
Unter Administration View - > Project Management -> View Files for Project: PPROJEKT_NAME sehe ich keinen Button "Synchronization Management".

Re: Module-Development with an IDE like Netbeans.

In OpenCms 7 you should be able to configure the Synchronization settings in

Administration View -> Workplace Tools -> Synchronization Settings
