Good morning, everyone. I have to start a big job and I do not know what to choose, or if openCMS Magnolia. It 'a strategic choice, because then the CMS will be used again in other jobs and the head violas that I evaluate them. In my opinion, are equivalent, but objectively I am not an expert in this field. There is someone at ease and with experience I know recommend for the better? |

Hey smartfog, There is no quick answer to this hence why no response so far. It all depends on what your expectations are from the given CMS. In my case I found that OpenCMS provided pretty much all my requirements from the opensource flavour ... whereas I would have required Magnolia's enterprise version to maybe equate that expectation. You'll have to a bit of research yourself, I am afraid. Kind regards, Mark |

Do not forget that Magnolia is a very new product that is not yet used widely. OpenCms is an established project that is proven in a lots of sites. Magnolia has a more modern architecture that might be more intuitive while developing but lacks an advanced user interface. ---------------------------------------- /** * Florian Hopf * synyx GmbH & Co.
